For Vacant House Cleanings: the home should be empty or have minimal items unless previously agreed upon. High Standards Cleaning Co. LLC may not be held liable for any damages to personal items and has the right to refuse to service areas if inaccessible. High Standards Cleaning Co. LLC is not responsible for removing any furniture or trash from old tenants. All utilities must be ON inside the home; electricity, water, etc. A fee may be applied if conditions of home are not what was previously agreed upon.

 

During a Vacant House Cleaning our goal is to make the home look like no one ever lived there! Whether you need a Move In Cleaning or a Move Out Cleaning, in addition to our Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning List, we are taking the time to get inside of the drawers, cabinets, closets all throughout the house. We also take the time to clean the inside and under the kitchen appliances, interior windows, and garage!
 

• Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed)

• Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)

• Cobwebs removed

• Blinds & shutters (hand washed)

• Moldings & woodwork, windowsills, & lock ledges (hand washed)

• Windows (interior only)

• Baseboards (hand washed)

• Walls (hand washed)

• Shelves (hand wiped)

• Furniture (No furniture in vacant homes)

• Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

• Outside of appliances & inside microwave (cleaned)

• Inside of appliances (cleaned)

• Underneath appliances (cleaned)

• Stovetop, grates or drip pans (scrubbed)

• All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)

• Tops of cabinets- horizontal surface (dusted with extension duster)

• Inside drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)

• All Doors and door frames (hand washed)

• Light switch plates (hand washed)

• Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)

• All sinks (scrubbed)

• Mirrors (cleaned)

• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)

• All bathroom counters & fixtures (cleaned)

• Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)

• Stairs (vacuumed)

• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

• Garage

• Unfinished Basement 

​       It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning the areas describe above.
 

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
 

* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request).

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
 

*We cannot clean your kitchen sink if it is full of dishes. Please have kitchen sinks ready to be cleaned, or it will not be cleaned.
